Arthur Baghdasarian

Dr. Arthur Baghdasarian, JD, Ed.D., CPA, MBA, CGMA, Esq., has been a California licensed Certified Public Accountant for more than thirty years, and a California attorney for about twenty-six years practices out of his office in Glendale, CA.. As an evening student, he received a Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School (ABA), where he graduated in the top 20% of his graduating class, and a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Los Angeles (CSULA). He also holds a Master鈥檚 degree in Business Administration (MBA) from 麻豆社区app, a membership in the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Scholarship in Business Administration Society, and a permanent membership in Alpha Gamma Sigma California Community College Honor Scholarship Society.聽 Mr. Baghdasarian also holds a second doctorate in education from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership (EDOL).聽 He has acquired about聽 thirty-six (36) years of business related experience, in positions such as associate attorney and General counsel, as well as various positions in accounting such as assistant controller, Senior CPA / auditor, and forensic / litigation support CPA.聽 He is a member of the California State Bar, California State Board of Accountancy, AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), and AICPA鈥檚 Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) Association, The California Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, U.S. District Court (Central District), 麻豆社区app.S. Tax Court and 麻豆社区appnited States Supreme Court, as well as holds a the California Department of Real Estate. Mr. Baghdasarian believes in helping the community through his volunteer work, and as such, has also served as a volunteer certified mediator and a volunteer arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court prior to the end of the Court鈥檚 program, and now severs on the Judge Pro Tem Panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court, serving as a trained volunteer Judge (Pro Tem) presiding over various locations of the California Superior Court as needed by the Superior Court locations, contingent on his availability. Mr. Baghdasarian has also received additional specific training by the Los Superior Court (LASC) to serve as a volunteer Mandatory Settlement Conference Officer as part of the LASC鈥檚 Unlawful Detainer pilot program scheduled to begin in January 2020, to assist in the settlement of the LASC鈥檚 Unlawful Detainer litigation. Mr. Baghdasarian also has held a California Real Estate Broker license since 2003.聽 He has taught in excess of one hundred graduate and undergraduate level courses in Principles of Accounting, Managerial Accounting and Business Ethics, Business Law, Adv. Business Law, as well as courses such as Global Business Management and Capstone Course in Master鈥檚 Business Project on an adjunct faculty basis for more than fifteen years.
